FOLDEE was designed from the beginning around a simple challenge:
how do you build a real cargo bike that can also become compact when needed?

The solution is a purpose-built folding frame that maintains strength and stability while allowing the bike to pack down quickly for storage or transport.

Unlike many folding bikes that prioritise compactness above all else, the FOLDEE system is engineered first as a strong cargo platform, with the folding function designed to complement that strength.

Cargo bikes experience much higher loads than normal bicycles. The FOLDEE frame uses reinforced tubing and carefully engineered joints to ensure the structure remains stiff and reliable even when carrying heavy cargo.
